Earlier this year, Lenovo and Cisco announced that they were collaborating to bring their customers workplace solutions that incorporate generative AI and improve enterprise productivity. Now, the two companies are revealing several new offerings that have come about through this partnership.

First, they announced TruScale Meeting Room as a Service (TS MRaaS), which is a video conferencing service that leverages Cisco’s collaboration devices and Lenovo’s end-to-end support and monitoring capabilities.

In their announcement, the companies said that TS MRaaS “simplifies the complexity of modernizing meeting rooms by offering a scalable, single-point solution for better employee experience from interoperability for streamlined user interface to consistent and equitable experience for all users.”

They also announced TruScale WorkSmart, a solution that provides personalized hybrid work environments tailored to different user personas. It delivers collaboration, security, and productivity capabilities for workers, regardless of whether they are in the office, mobile, or remote.

Next, they announced integration of Cisco networking components into Lenovo’s Factory and Rack Integration solutions. This will help companies simplify deployment and management by offering compute, storage, and networking through a single contract.

For example, Lenovo’s data center infrastructure now ships with Cisco’s Nexus 9300 series switches and Nexus Dashboard.

And finally, they are offering pre-configured Cisco networking capabilities in Lenovo’s ThinkAgile Software-Defined Infrastructure and SAP HANA solutions. According to the companies, these new integrated solutions will enable organizations to optimize AI, machine learning, and mission-critical enterprise workloads.

“Whether deploying SAP HANA databases or scaling hybrid cloud operations, the inclusion of Cisco’s networking provides scalable, and high-performance infrastructure with enhanced security, designed for enterprises looking to innovate faster and more efficiently,” the companies wrote.
