LogicMonitor has announced new capabilities to provide IT teams with greater visibility into their organization’s AI workloads and applications. 

LogicMonitor Envision is the company’s observability platform for all applications in the IT stack, and the latest updates to it include:

  • Expanded support for monitoring Amazon Q Business and Nvidia GPUs
  • Support for EKS and AKS to give customers visibility into the AI workloads in cloud-based container environments
  • Improved cost visibility and recommendations

The company also updated its generative AI agent, Edwin AI, with new capabilities to help IT teams move faster. According to the company, Edwin AI can provide up to 90% alert noise reduction and a 20% improvement in operational efficiency.

Updates include:

  • AI-powered alert filtering and prioritization
  • Instance-level metadata correlation to refer to relevant past incidents and speed up troubleshooting
  • AI-powered remediation recommendations
  • Integrations with PagerDuty, Dynatrace, ConnectWise, and other IT operations tools

And finally, the company is also improving its log analysis capabilities to help companies lower costs and streamline troubleshooting efforts. Customers will now be able to utilize AI-powered log correlation to help reduce downtime and improve reliability.
