Delphix has announced updates to its ransomware protection solution. New capabilities include maximum coverage for high change rates, data immutability, open box data testing and validation, and air gap data isolation.
“You can drive a truck through the holes in legacy ransomware solutions,” said Jedidiah Yueh, CEO of Delphix. “Once-a-day backups are insufficient. Companies can’t afford to lose a day’s worth of transactional data. In addition, closed-box backup approaches fail to safeguard against undetected attacks, sometimes for months. Companies need an open-box detection approach, especially for mission-critical data.”
HashiCorp announces public beta for HCP Vault
HCP Vault is a solution for managing secrets and sensitive data in the cloud. It offers push-button deployment and fully-managed infrastructure. The beta can now be accessed for free through the HashiCorp Cloud Platform.
“HCP Vault allows organizations to get up and running quickly, providing immediate access to Vault’s best-in-class secrets management and encryption capabilities, with the platform providing the resilience and operational excellence so you do not have to manage Vault yourself,” HashiCorp wrote in a post.
Platform9 announces new Kubernetes capabilities
The new update is designed to make DevOps teams more productive. New features include multi-version Kubernetes support, enhanced cluster deployment options, and upgraded manageability.
