Portshift has announced the release of Kubernetes API Server Protection. The solution is designed to analyze RBAC permissions in Kubernetes clusters and then categorize them by risk level.
Kubernetes API Server Protection also makes existing pod permissions more strict and removes unused performissions.
In addition, the company announced that it received Red Hat Container Certification, which will expand the product’s availability across Red Hat’s cloud portfolio.
Nutanix introduces new automation features
These new automations are designed to make it easier for companies to maintain business continuity. Specific new capabilities include advanced automation for recovering applications and data, support for seamless multi-site disaster recovery, synchronous replication for workloads running on AHV, and near-zero data loss with “near sync” replication.

DataKinetics expands partnership with IBM
DataKinetics will help innovate IBM Z systems, which is IBM’s mainframe server hardware offering.
The new offering will optimize mainframe and data performance, address capacity constraints, and allow companies to get the most out of their IBM Z systems investments.
OpsRamp announces free access to AIOps platform and remote consoles
These offerings will be made available for free to customers that have been experiencing disruptions due to COVID-19. Organizations that have purchased OpsRamp’s hybrid discovery and multi-cloud monitoring solution will get free access to the AIOps and remote access management platform for one year.
