Security company SentinelOne has announced a new app through ServiceNow to improve incident response for companies.
SentinelOne App for ServiceNow Security Incident Response (SIR) syncs threats from SentinelOne into the ServiceNow Incident Response Module, where responders can view relevant incident details around a threat, such as incident status and threat notes.
Adaptive Shield joins Cloud Security Alliance
The Cloud Security Alliance (CSA) is an organization focused on defining best practices for secure cloud computing environments.
Adaptive Shield enables companies to gain visibility into their entire SaaS stack, proactively sending alerts for detected misconfigurations to allow for quick remediation of risks.
“Any discussion about cloud and security is incomplete if it doesn’t include the growing role of SaaS apps and the security challenges that accompany these investments,” said Maor Bin, co-founder and CEO of Adaptive Shield. “We are so excited to join the Cloud Security Alliance. Working together, we will be able to generate greater awareness around the latest security threats and specifically those resulting from misconfigurations in SaaS applications and how to best eliminate them.”
Keeper Security launches Secrets Manager
Keeper Secrets Manager is a zero trust solution for securely storing infrastructure secrets, such as API keys, certificates, databases passwords, access keys and other confidential data.
The solution integrates easily into data environments without needing additional hardware or infrastructure, and it offers out-of-the-box integrations with DevOps tools like GitHub Actions, Kubernetes, Ansible, and more.
“Over 80% of successful data breaches involve compromised credentials, and to a cybercriminal, the most desirable credentials are the ones with full access to an organization’s most sensitive data,” says Darren Guccione, CEO and co-founder of Keeper Security. “Yet these highly sensitive and privileged credentials are almost always hardcoded into source code, CI/CD systems or config files. Keeper Secrets Manager enables organizations to protect these ‘hidden’ credentials across all of its infrastructure.”
