Qmulos has announced the general availability of Q-Compliance V4.4.0 and Q-Audit V3.7.0, two platforms in its suite of compliance, security, and risk management automation solutions.
These releases incorporate workflow and ticketing capabilities, empowering organizations to tailor security and compliance investigations, escalations, and approvals according to their unique needs. By providing these customizable processes, Qmulos aims to deliver real-time, data-driven compliance automation and auditing solutions that cater to the specific requirements of both public and private sector organizations, according to the company in a post.
In Q-Compliance V4.4.0, the focus is on enhancing system authorization workflows, particularly addressing Step 5 of the Risk Management Framework (RMF). This introduces customizable processes for continuous authority to operate, streamlining authorization requests, and approvals. The new capabilities allow organizations to configure intuitive workflows, automate approval processes, and maintain comprehensive audit trails.
Q-Audit V3.7.0, on the other hand, advances alerting capabilities by integrating ticketing workflows. This empowers organizations with real-time insights and actionable steps to strengthen defenses against insider threats and malicious activities. By combining alert escalation with Qmulos’ Q-Ticket app, organizations gain a dynamic and efficient mechanism for responding to potential security incidents.
This integrated approach enables organizations to quickly detect alerts, and the automatic elevation to the appropriate personnel or teams based on predefined criteria, and a streamlined incident response process that minimizes response times and ensures critical issues receive immediate attention.
“Enterprises can’t afford to take a reactive approach to cyber risk management and compliance; the financial impact, operational risks, and potential reputational risks are just too high,” said Matt Coose, founder and CEO at Qmulos. “Enterprises and public agencies need the tools to fortify their defenses and allow them to be a step ahead of bad actors and other security threats. With our latest updates to Q-Compliance and Q-Audit, we are working to empower teams to minimize response times and more seamlessly act on real-time data and threats.”
