ScienceLogic has announced that its AIOps platform now integrates with Cisco’s data center management solution, Cisco Intersight, which enables customers to easily monitor their Cisco servers.
This is one of many updates the company has announced to its platform. It also announced support for OAuth 2.0 for several ServiceNow SyncPacks, which are files that contain the code and logic for integrations within ScienceLogic’s platform. This enhanced security is available for CMDB, Events, Service Graph Connector, Catalog, Change, and INC SyncPacks.
The company also announced the release of Dynamic Application Builder (DAB) 1.1, which is a low-code platform for building apps. The latest version allows users to use the Snippet Framework to use DAB as a standalone desktop application, updates the user interface, and introduces several bug fixes.
There are also several user experience improvements in this release, such as a new custom dashboard widget type for HTML content that allows users to create personalized dashboards. Users can also now customize the layout and alignment of Device Instigator to improve the ability to focus on critical information and diagnose and resolve issues more quickly.
This release also improves the Service Investigator page to enable customers to investigate service-level issues more effectively, and adds new default service policies and dashboard widgets.
“The latest updates to the ScienceLogic platform demonstrate our commitment to providing our customers with exceptional user experiences by continually enhancing the utility, reliability, and security of the platform,” said Michael Nappi, chief product officer at ScienceLogic. ”As technology continues to evolve at an unprecedented rate and the data center market expands rapidly, we’re pleased to offer the tools necessary to support the needs of a growing base of users.”
